Terms of Use

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of verdaelle.com (the “Site”), which is operated by the Verdaelle team (“Verdaelle”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Informational use only

Verdaelle publishes general information about women’s wellness and everyday health, including sleep, nutrition, mental wellbeing and self-care. Our articles, checklists, templates and examples are for general educational purposes. They are written for a broad audience and don’t take your personal health history, medications or circumstances into account.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and using the Site doesn’t create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship. Always ask a qualified health professional about your own health, and before you change any treatment, medication, diet or exercise routine. Don’t ignore professional advice or delay getting care because of something you read here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. Please read our full Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Accuracy and sources

We try to base health information on reputable sources and to link those sources so you can check them. Our process is described in our Editorial Policy. Even so, health guidance changes and mistakes happen, so we can’t guarantee that every page is complete, accurate or current. If you spot an error, please tell us through our Contact page.

4. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

Verdaelle is free to read and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense, a third-party service, to show ads on the Site. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn more, and manage ad personalization, in our Privacy Policy and on Google’s page about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We don’t choose the individual ads Google shows, and an ad appearing on the Site doesn’t mean we endorse the product, service or claim. Advertisers have no say in what we write.

Some pages may contain affiliate links in the future. If you buy something through an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We’ll label affiliate links clearly, and a commission doesn’t influence whether we mention a product. Please check any product with a health professional before using it, especially supplements or anything that could interact with a medication or condition.

5. Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, the text, graphics, logos, templates and other content on the Site belong to Verdaelle or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, download and print pages, and fill in our worksheets and templates, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share a short excerpt with a link back to the original page. You may not republish, sell, or copy substantial parts of the Site, or use it to train or build a competing service, without our written permission.

6. Comments and submissions

Some posts may allow comments. If you post a comment or send us a message, you are responsible for what you submit. Please don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, spammy or promotional, and don’t share private health information about yourself or anyone else that you wouldn’t want made public. Comments are moderated and may not appear right away. We may edit, decline or remove any comment at our discretion.

By submitting a comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it on the Site. Comments reflect the views of the person who wrote them, not Verdaelle, and aren’t medical advice.

7. External links

We link to other websites, such as public health agencies and medical organizations, so you can read our sources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdaelle and the people who run it aren’t liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, or from relying on any content on it. This includes health outcomes, decisions you make based on our articles, and the content of third-party ads or linked sites. Some places don’t allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update, change or remove content on the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please use the contact form on our Contact page.
